Opening hours

Beehive is open term-time only, 39 weeks a year. Our main sessions are 9am-4pm. We are additionally open from 8am-9am every day for an Early Session and 4-5pm Monday-Thursday for a Late Session.

We offer flexible sessions and try to cater as much as possible to the needs of your schedules.

Fees

Any child in receipt of funded hours can use these for their sessions at Beehive. For sessions to be paid for privately, please see the information below.

The late payment charge for fees is £10.00

The late collection of a child charge is £10.00

Invoices are issued electronically at the start of each month via your child’s Tapestry Leaning Journal Account and are to be paid the end of the month. At the start of each term there is a voluntary donation for Consumables. This is a small amount, equivalent to £3 per session per term. For example, a child attending 5 sessions a week would be asked to donation £15 per term for their consumable donations. Please speak to staff if you would like to remove the comsumables donation from your invoice.

There are no charges for nappies, wipes and any other items. A funded hour does not cost any further amount: the only hours to paid for are non-funded hours.
